voicemail

I have set up and activated voicemail but when I ring my own number I just get an engaged tone and do not get put through to voicemail.

Sorry that you're having some issues with the Voicemail - do you also have an answering machine or just the voicemail service with us? 

 

What happens when you dial 1571?

I have (I think) just the voicemail.

When I dial 1571 the voice says "calls to this number are not being connected"

Please can you confirm if you set up voicemail on your mobile by dialling 222 and following the instructions?

Hi

Yes, I am pretty sure that I followed all of the instructions to set up the voicemail on my mobile and have even recorded a message. However, when I ring the mobile phone it keeps on ringing and does not divert to voicemail. I get a message saying that the mobile phone is unavailable.
