Hello Mr McAvoy,

On 31 May your home phone service will be switched from the traditional phone line over to our fibre network. A technician will need to connect your home phone to a new WiFi Hub so you can make and receive phone calls over our fibre network.

What you need to do

Call us on 150 from a Virgin Media home phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to arrange a free technician appointment. You’ll need to verify your account info, so make sure you’ve got it handy.

I can see that we are due to the change over your landline from the traditional socket to over 21CV.

Yes I've been trying to book an engineerr as per virgin Media instructions, but I can find to option to do this.

I keep going round a revolving web page.

Can you please help?
