Ever since i came over to virgin just under a year ago anybody on three network cannot connect to my virgin number we get a message saying the number you have called is not recognised.

Does this same issue happen if they try to send you a text message as well? Or is it only an issue when calling?

its our landline that’s not receiving any calls from Three network.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you aren't able to receive calls to your landline for people on the Three network, I have been able to locate your account with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues at all which may cause this, which handset do you have, can you try a different't phone to make sure no restrictions are set on this?
