small number of phone rings before answerphone kiks in

Still very short number of rings before it goes to voicemail

We're sorry to read that your rings are still not extended before going to voicemail  feature, could you please advise how many rings you get at the minute before hearing the voicemail message?
Also, has this neve4r been fixed or did we restore it back in June and it came back?

Only 5 at most and it hasn't changed

Based on the information viewed above, we did change this back in June for you from 5 to 10 rings.
Could you please kindly advise if this had ever been extended to 10 rings indeed for you or did it fail?

Presumably failed as it has never rung that long
