Hello, as a new customer, my Fibre package began two weeks ago. Please explain and help how to add a phone line to my package (it was originally without a phone line and only fibre). I currently have an active BT landline. Because I am currently outside of the United Kingdom, I am unable to contact Virgin. Thank you so much.

We are glad to see you are interested in adding a phone line to your package. If you wish to add a phone line to your package, this may trigger a new package deal for an 18-month contract https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/packages.
