Had a red flashing light symbol most of the day. Checked service status, all ok. Logged into hub and ran diagnostic, comes up with phone line 1 not ready. Reset the hub twice and still no joy. any one got a fix for this.
Tried contacting Virgin online and had no response for over an hour now

Sorry to hear you've been having issues with your phone symbol on your hub. We've had a look at our systems from here and cannot find any issues. How have things been since posting? Have you checked here, to see if it explains the flashing? And have you checked for any area faults, here?
