Hi - I have received an email and a letter saying I need a technician appointment to switchover my phone to the new system. It looks like I only need an adaptor but I have not received one. Can I get sent the adaptor? I don't need a technician to install it. Is there another reason I need a technician?
I tried calling 150 but had no idea which of the options was relevant to this situation.

When calling in on 150 [from any VM landline or mobile] or 0345 454 1111, if you use Option 4 to Option 1 then our team will get this sorted for you.
