Rang 150 as instructed by email to book an engineer to change my landline to fibre network. Apparently I need a new wifi hub. (currently have superhub 2).
After explaining the situation I was told I would receive a text message with a date and time when engineer would visit.
Have not heard a thing.
Can some-one sort this out please. (ringing 150 is a bit hit and miss).
