ntl password reset via bill info not working

Hi, I'm a current virgin phone, TV and broadband paying customer who has paper billing.  I'm trying to login to my Virgin Media account but have forgotten my password.  The account id is an old ntlworld email address, which Virgin Media has confirmed is assigned to my current account number, but when I use the 'forgotten password' link on the login screen and it asks for my last bill information, when I key this in it says it's incorrect.  It doesn't ask me for my date of birth or answer to any security questions at any time either.

Can someone tell me how I can go about resetting my password if I can't get through the 'bill info' screen please.

I've double and triple checked the billing info when I key it......
