no signal on phone line

Hi

I have message on phone saying "check phone line". i have checked all cables, main connection to the wall and also called customer service to get line tested. All seem to be in order so it looks like I need to book an engineer, however I am not sure how to. Could I please request an engineer to look at our line and sort it out?

Sorry to hear of your recent landline issue. We can understand this is not ideal. Just to confirm do you have a dial tone at all? Are you able to make or receive calls?

Hi

Thanks. No dial tone at all. When I ring my home number from my mobile, I can hear ring but it doesn't ring home phone. Also no dial tone, means I can not dial out. So I can not call 150.
