four days no land line keep being told be on in so many hours checking on website get sent round in circles no one close by with virgin has same problem

Hi Lee engineer came no problem indoors or outside locally he found no power coming to local cabinet to any land lines in area seems to have been hopefully dealt with now should not have taken week if dealt with properly could have been done in hours thanks for your help and advice with this
