no house phone since fibre phone adaptor switchover

I have no house phone since fibre switchover, have connected the adaptor to my hub, but my phone wont reach the adaptor, tried live chat no help, phoned 150 no help, no email for virgin, last resort on here all I need is an extension lead from hub to phone, but no option on virgin to order one.

If you just need a telephone extension lead to extend the phone cable to reach the hub, you can get them from your local DIY shops such as Homebase, Screwfix, Toolstation etc. or just order online.

If you need your phone sockets around the house re-enabling to work with the phone connection from the hub, then that's another (much longer) explanation.

You can buy a phone extension cable on eBay for a few Pounds, a BT plug to an RJ11 plug, check the pinout (usually 2-pin or 4-pin).

Edited to show my 4-pin plug but I've seen some 2-pins as well.
