no dial tone on landline phone

we have a landline phone

this morning we have no dial tone

could this be due to the strong winds we are having

the servive status shows no known issues

Sorry to hear about the problems with your phone line. If going through the online checks via http://virg.in/service doesn't help - and there's no info when calling 0800 561 0061 then I'd like to take a closer look into it for you - please get back to me via PM (the purple envelope icon) and we'll take it from there.
