landline

So it has now been 6 weeks without a working landline & another virgin repair estimate has passed at 4PM today & again they need another week for repair this is beyond a joke

Sorry to hear about your landline not working and understand that your keen on getting it fixed.

 

I've had a look and can see an outage in your area. I'm sorry that the estimated fix time keeps moving but our team is working hard on the fix with the latest estimated fix time  being 19/09 @ 1600.

 

There are numerous technical notes on the ticket and can see that we are waiting for the local electricity supplier to install the power connection and meter. We're sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience.
