Hi my landline has not been working for 2 days. I have checked the online service status with the result that all services in my area sk5 are ok, I even entered my surname & all services ok.So I contacted virgin media and have been told it will be monday 21 before someone will come out this will be 4 days without a landline !.and i now know that all virgin media landline's in my road are not working. so it's not just mine

Sorry to see you are having issues with your landline, if the team have booked for Monday this may have been the earliest available appointment. I will be happy to check to see if we have had any cancellations to see if there's an earlier time but this is not guaranteed.
