landline phone not working

Hi

My landline has been playing up for a couple of days. Where I checked the status it showed no issues. Yet at first I had no dial tone for approx 24 hours and then when I could make a call there was so much static noise that I could not hold a conversation.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi kenp123, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. I have looked at the area and can see that everything is showing as green, however this doesn't mean that there is not an issue. I will send you a private message so that this can be looked into further for you. ^Chris
