We changed over to fibre optic today . Checked old phone line now dead. carried out instructions as per letter but phone remains dead. Have rebooted several times with no effect and have checked adaptor is properly connected to top socket.
I have hearing problems and have difficulty in understanding what the Virgin operator is saying,
All I want to do is to book an engineer but cannot find any way of doing so. Can you help?

Thank you. Done a further check. Virgin must be having problems here with the changeover since the old landline has been reconnected. Will advise further ias matters develop.
