land line

when is my land line going to be restored as its been out of order since 22oct2021 your customer service agents (who have no clue) keeps fobbing us by saying " All will be working in next couple of days" if any body has a clue we will be most obliged for honest answer...………………………...

Can you confirm, is the landline connected to the broadband router?
