ive got no dialing tone cant call out to report

please help no dialing tone no one on live chat will report it I'm disabled no other phone I can receive texts and what's app butcant call out from cell and land line no dialing tone even if you use another phone in the socket

Sorry to hear about the issue with Landline not working.
I can look into this for you and arrange for a Technician to visit.

Looking at the account ,nothing shows up fault wise from here. 
So I have booked an engineer to come out.
