incoming calls drop out after about 20 seconds

Hi

Any incoming calls drop out between 18 and 23 seconds after connecting

There are no issues with calls going out

This has only started to happen since the end of last week

Phone is connected to Hub 4 and has call blocking feature but calls in are being made from approved numbers

Sorry for any issues caused with the landline, for clarification have you performed a factory reset regarding this?

If so let us know and I'll advise further.

Yes I have done a reset on the phone and base unit 

Hi @wizzard93,

As your landline is connected via the hub, I can see there is a 48 day uptime. Can you reboot the hub and let me know if the issue persists?

It would also be worth checking there's not any loose connecting cables and everything is finger tight.
