has anyone managed to get a UK tel number which goes to a UK call centre rather than Asia.

Trying to get my landline working after Virgin switched it off on 28/6. Booked technician but when chased told not booked, complained but heard nothing meanwhile without landline and need it in case wife has a fall and need to make emergency call

Thanks to you engineer turned up this morning and fixed the phone line within 10 minutes. All it needed was a different cable!

I had a call from the complaints team but as on other line they left message assuming complaint resolved un less I call back. Not willing to be held in a cue again to get to India so not calling back but very disappointed with the lack of help from VM until you jumped in the help which I very much appreciated. keep up with the good work.
