My hub and my phone socket are in two totally different locations so plugging the phone into the hub is impossible. Also I have a separate extension upstairs in my bedroom. How will this work?

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you'll have trouble when you migrate your telephone service. In these instances, we would require a Technician to attend your property to migrate you manually, and install your extension.
