Hi my home phone has stopped working, i can’t make or receive calls . I have no dial tone and when I call my home phone from my mobile it comes up as an invalid number.
I would be grateful for any advice

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your landline service, we will be able to help.
Can you please confirm if you line is connected to the Hub or to the main socket?
If the line is connected to the main socket, have you received any information or an adapter to change your connection to the Hub?

Hi thank you for your reply ,
I can confirm the line is connected to the main socket . I have not received any information or an adapter that has changed the connection to the hub. The phone has been plugged in for the last ten plus years and has worked fine until now.
