existing telephone number transferred over

• Hi just taken broadband & landline phone, set up broadband Sunday but need my landline existing number transferred over from Plusnet as use for work as well. The number was an virgin media one which I transferred to Plusnet 18 months ago now when signing up to a virgin media stated need number transferred.
• Any help to resolve please

Welcome to back Virgin Media 

Its a really simple process to bring your number over 

We just need the Plusnet account to be active for 10 days, to be able to contact them and request the number to be carried over
