downgrade landline package

How do I downgrade my phone line to a basic one? I was told I was on the cheapest package, but a basic landline is advertised a £19.00 a month. I am paying £24.13 !

The £19 per month charge is for your line rental. There are further charges then if you want certain call features or different talk plans. You can view more on our landline features here. 

If you feel as though you are being charged for something you don't use, we can always do a package review with you. To do this, speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so they can look at new offers.
