why is it so hard to get a answer from the customer service department.
I'm not being racist one bit but the last 2 people I have spoken to cant understand me and I cant understand most of what they are saying to me
the virgin service seems to be getting worse and have been a long time customer.
I'm seriously thinking of ending my contract and moving on to another supplier. all i want to know is some answers to my plan . its ridiculous
I'm wanting to upgrade early if possible. my current contract ends in Feb 2020 so i asked what it would cost me to finish up the current plan and get a new one and upgrade at the same time.. I dont think I'm asking a complicated question but sitting there for 20 mins waiting for the guy to work this out and still not getting the correct info is just TO MUCH
