A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your landline. You have advised that you're unable to hear incoming and outgoing calls currently and that you have tried resetting your handset base.
Can we ask if you have been able to try another handset in your master socket? This will eliminate any handset equipment issues.
