I have received a letter to explain that my phone will no longer work on April 24th without the adaptor which has now arrived. My phones are all distant from the hub in different rooms and the hub is with the TV. For obvious reason the phones are disruptive to tv viewing and I urgently need an engineer to assess and rectify the situation.
I know of no way to contact a technician for this purpose. Could a moderator on this forum please make this possible. My wife and I are both in our seventies and I have hearing difficulties. I have not seen any way of making this particular appointment from my online account and it is a very serious matter for us.

Sounds like with the multiple phones we need either a rewiring modification and/or a Hub relocation.
