I had a new hub 5 installed several weeks ago in preparation of the home phone switch-over which will happen on 27 March. Broadband service via the hub 5 is fine. The only thing I am still waiting for is the telephone adapter which I believe will be sent by post. So everything seems to be in hand, so why am I keeping text messages from VM saying that I should call them "to avoid losing my services"? Due to a hearing problem I find it extremely difficult to communicate with people with strong Indian accents, so I am reluctant to call VM without a good reason.
