Hi there,
I've been told that we are not able to get virgin media in the address that we are moving into, However, it looks like the address is coming up on the website as available and there are lots of addresses on the same street that have Virgin media.
We're moving into a Victorian Terrace that has been split into 2 flats and it looks like the flat below us has virgin media installed, so it doesn't look like an access issue.
Just wondering if someone could look into it for us,

My apologies that your property is showing as unserviceable, there could be many reasons as to why this is the case, even if there are those on the street with a Virgin Media service. To get more of an update on the properties serviceability or to send out a spotter to check the property, please call our sales team on 0800 183 1234 and they'll be able to assist further.
