After a week of phone calls and tech visits the home phone finally sprang into life last night I have spoke to so many Virgin people I have no idea who finally sorted it as nobody has yet to contact me advising me that fault fixed. However could somebody advise me if u get call divert and caller id as standard or do I have to request them to be put on ?

You can see your landline features here. Caller diverts and Caller ID is premium features.
