I’ve been waiting about a month now for Virgin Media to port my old landline telephone number (“in eight working days”) from Sky to my new Virgin account. I’ve contacted VM four or five times, and keep going through all the same tiresome questions and being fobbed off and getting absolutely nowhere. It’s now making me ill with the never-ending stress. I’m literally sick of it, and there seems to be no solution and no end to it.
Now I understand Virgin’s ‘eternity’ symbol.
