My mother in law is 94 and living semi independently but relies on a emergency call button as she has had a few falls. her phone line is faulty I have gone through the virgin customer care line to book a engineer the earliest available slot is a week away. my question is how can I check if she is on your vulnerable people list and if she isn't can I re book.
