My landline has just been moved to Virgin Media. It is connected via the Hub 3. I set up the voicemail message but on testing, the line just continues to ring out and voicemail does not cut in.
I use a standard telephone and the voicemail service worked perfectly ok with my previous provider.
Can you please advise why voicemail is not working with Virgin Media?
