Please deactivate my voicemail, I am profoundly Deaf and cannot understand majority of the messages therefore it is better to disable the voicemail to avoid expectations that i get back to unanswered calls.

You can turn off voicemail on Virgin Mobile online

How to turn off Virgin Mobile voicemail
Sign in on Your Account > Manage My Services > Voicemail, you can switch it off there.
