How will I know if my home phone is compatible with the new system plugged into the hub?

Welcome to the Community Forums! Thank you for your post.
When we migrate your phone services onto the VoIP technology, we will send out an adapter to you so that your landline phone can plug into your hub. If, for whatever reason your landline isn't compatible or doesn't work properly when plugged into your hub, do let us know and we'll be happy to help you further.
