Virgin installed the Hub V3.0 and Tivo Box last month so I have Fibre, TV and phone package.
The engineer said the phone line changeover has been requested but may take 24 hours so I should wait a day and then plug my phone directly into the Hub V3.0 phone socket.
I get no dial tone at all. If I connect the phone back to the old BT socket I have a dial tone but cannot make or receive calls.
It seems the Virgin line is not up. Am I doing something wrong here?
