Hi again.
I tried to email Virgin Media to book a technician/engineer for the phone fibre change over. As mention in previous questions as phone is remote from hub. However there appears to be no email address to reply to. Can you help with this as I previously spent 30mins on landline to Virgin and could not get a satisfactory answer.

Hi @Vernon1, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised surrounding lack of clarity on the switchover.
Did you manage to get the help on the phone in terms of getting a technician booked in, and you just have additional questions following this? Or do you require me to assist you in getting something booked in? Please clarify either way and I'll happily help.
