Virgin Emergency Back Up Line

I've had a letter from VirginMedia telling me they need to send an Engineer out to replace my Burnside box with an updated one. Has anyone had this done and what does it look like? Thanks

I've had a look and can't find any images of the back-up boxes that are provided sorry - the engineer will be able to clear things up for you I'm sure.

Just to confirm, are you a residential or business customer?

Do you have any idea now what this looks like I have been asked to return one but nobody from virgin can describe or tell me what it looks like
