VM Fibre Phone adaptor

My email for VM suggests I can make the move to Fibre Landline Phone now by phoning customer services on 150 but none of the options suggests which to choose to organise it. Is there a process online I can do it or a guide to the options to choose when phoning 150. Can anyone help?
