Unfair Charges

Sorry more of unhappy customer.  It took Virgin Media over a month to port my old EE/BT landline number over. I had to ring customer service to complain and live chatted quite a bit.  I did use the 0345 line from landline and as such, got charged £6.22 for these phone calls to customer service to get them to do their job. Eventually I emailed an official complaint and the porting was done.    I have raised another complaint about the charges and got a very automated answer back that charges won't be refunded. Most calls to customer service from landlines are free...I would like a refund of the charges. Thanks

can't comment on the refund - you'll have to discuss that with VM - but as you're on a VM landline, you can call 150 from it which routes you to the same place as the 0345 number and is free.

Thank you. I am aware of 150 number now but wasn't upon joining up
