I am unable to make outgoing calls on my Virgin landline. When dialing a number the dialing tone does not stop. I am able to receive calls. Can anyone help?

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for posting.
I am sorry to hear you are unable to make outgoing calls on your landline. Are all calls failing to connect or is it specific numbers?
Have you followed any of the basic troubleshooting steps here
I have taken a look at the account and can see your landline is connected via the Hub. There is currently an uptime issue of 70 days. Can you try rebooting and let me know if this makes any difference?

Many thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
All calls (including 999) are failing to connect and I can only hear the dialing tone after pressing the numbers.
I have rebooted the hub and this has not corrected the issue.
