Hi,
Has anyone else had the landine transfer saga from Sky to Virgin.
its now almost 3 months since i moved to Virgin and my buisiness number still hasnt been ported over.
Both parties are blaming each other.

Im resindental, been on the phone all day trying to get the number transferred.
No joy as yet have had to request my number be re activated by Open Reach

The number you want to port over is with BT its active and a residential number

It was with Sky, but Virgin for some reason didnt port the number in time, now it needs to be re activated by Open Reach
