I have a customer with a virgin business service. They have the Hitron router on site. I've had the router switched to Modem mode and configured a Draytek router behind it. I've fitted an on premises Voip telephone system and configured. I can get incoming calls no problem but I'm unable to make outbound calls. Does anyone have any similar experiences.

As this board is for residential users, we wouldn't be able to assist you as business accounts don't use the same equipment as residential accounts and therefore running diagnostics would not be possible
