Telephone not working

Home telephone stopped working, possibly on Monday, according to friends who have contacted me on Facebook. This happened before a few years ago, if i go online all Virgin can offer is contact phone numbers, as I haven't got a mobile this makes life difficult. When this happened the last time it took six days to rectify. So I'm open to ideas.

I'm sorry to hear about your telephone not working. I've ran some checks on our end and can see that you currently have a Technician booked in to resolve this issue for you.

There are various ways to contact our team. If you don't have a mobile phone, you can always post to our Community Forums (as you have done today), and one of our Team/Community Members will be able to assist further. 

Alternatively, you can also run checks directly here - if any issues are identified, you will be able to book a Technician in this way. We also offer various help sections, which can be found here.

Please let us know how you get on after the visit.
