I am semi disabled and I have been given to understand that when I have been changed over to digital telephoning my extensions will not work. I have one in the bedroom and one in the conservatory plus an extension for a life line. Also my phone is at the opposite end of my lounge to the hub. What is the answer to all this? I just want a normal telephone service. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for any confusion regarding the switch over, the technician will be able to sort the phone extensions on the same visit.
And if needed an emergency backup can be added. You can read more regarding the switchover here
