Hi I need to request an adaptor for my virgin router to my telephone. I didn’t receive one with my router. How would I go about this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums. The adaptor is not included in the kit as most homes do not use our DOCSIS/ Fibre phone service. If this is something you would like to do then you'll need to call us to request converting your traditional phone line to DOCSIS/Fibre as we need to ensure you do not currently have any home security or accessibility services dependent on the phone line.
