My landline was working fine up until this morning. I now no longer have a dialling tone. Tried connecting the phone to the hub but this affects our warden alarm. Had no luck with customer services. Help!

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.
I am sorry for the landline issue. I have done a system check and you should be on the new 21CV system (phone through hub), however, the order hasn't fully gone through yet. I've emailed the team though for you now so it should be fixed asap. I'll keep you posted.
