How the heck does one contact VM to get this information. Had an email 6 weeks ago saying 21st June, had the adaptor, info with that says they will send a letter confirirming date heard nothing more. Frankly the 150 service is as much good as nothing just want to speak to someone and get an answer

I am sorry for the issue with your landline migration.
I have checked the system, I can see that we are not able to cancel or change a work order for this.
When you are due to switch over you will be notified via text/email with a engineer booking.
