Over the past few weeks my phone says check phone line! I checked it and all appears to be in order but no dial tone. App says no problem in my area. Anyone having the same ? PO12 area.
There is a cut somewhere on your line possibly a problem at the street cabinet, you should call 0345 454 1111 and report a fault.

Welcome to the forums and for your first post - I was sorry to understand that you have had some issues with your landline.
Have you been able to test an alternative handset to eliminate that as cause of the fault at all?
Also, do you get your landline via a socket your your broadband Hub? If it's via the Hub, have you tried a reboot?

we only have the one phone and it comes via the phone socket.
